Our telemedicine system incorporates technological solutions that, through telematic/computer based communication devices, enable information to be transferred between the doctor, the patient and their healthcare providers. It enables the patient to be regularly assessed and monitored without  having to attend clinics and review centres, or the clinician having to visit the patient’s home.

By utilising this powerful tool in every aspect of the patient’s management, it is possible to offer the patients social and health services while improving their quality of life and promoting customer satisfaction.
In the clinical environment, telemedicine can monitor the impact and outcomes of specific methods of intervention in the various phases of the treatment process.


Vivisol’s solution can support the process of patient care and improve some of these phases:

  • Follow up: at every stage of the care process, the care team can improve its monitoring of the patient at home ( for example: the commencement of a new therapy, or changes to it);
  • Compliance: verification of adherence (or otherwise) to the prescribed therapy permits quicker intervention and a clear and subsequent improvement in reaching therapeutic goals
  • Education: with solutions that can be completely personalised with respect to the patient’s condition and the goals of the therapy, the care team receives support during the phase of educating the patient and in the followup process to verify the effectiveness of the training.
